1992. SAVservice Company was organized from the very outset of economic formation of Ukraine as independent state. The main kind of this company’s activity became retail and wholesale trade of keen demand’s goods. At the heart of future business – the market of household chemistry, hygienic goods and beauty treatment which grow very quickly.

1995. SAVservice Company became one of many importers of “P&G” Company’s production in Ukraine.

1996. Aspiration for win, clarity of business running help company to become exclusive distributor of "P&G" Company’s production in Kiev and Kiev region. The daughter enterprises were opened in Zhitomir, Chernigov and Cherkassy.

1997. SAVSERVISE Company began to present warehouse benefits in the market.

1999. The company became the official distributor of "P&G" Company’s production throughout the territory of western part of Ukraine.

2000. "MOVA" was created.

SAVSERVICE Company was recognized the best distributor of "P&G" Company’s production in the Western Europe in 2000 – 2001.

2001. The company took the official status of large tallage’s payer. Since then the company is served by Particularized State tax inspectorate in Kiev.

January, 2001. KOMORA – S Company was registered after reorganization of logistic direction in business of SAVSERVICE Company. -
2002. Beginning of the company’s cooperation with European bank of reconstruction and development. At the first competition of business plans, which were conducted by EBRD, SAVservice Company took up the second place among more than 100 competitors.

2002. The decision about create of management company was taken: "ASNOVA holding" company for administration of holding; "SAVSERVICE CENTER" – for administration of business directions of distribution. -
2005. SAVSERVICE Company became one of the largest distributors of household chemistry and foodstuff in Ukraine. The network of daughter enterprises of the company includes 13 regions of Ukraine.

2005-2006. SAVSERVICE Company was recognized the best distributor of "P&G" Company’s production in the Western Europe for the umpteenth time.

2006. KOMORA – S Company passed supervision audit of conformity of system management to quality of international standards ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999 successfully which became the first of logistic companies of Ukraine what was certificated by 3 standards of QMS.

October, 2006. The decision of conversion was taken by stockholders of ASNOVA holding Company. The distribution was divided into 2 business directions: Product Distribution (SAVSERVICE MOVA) and Non – Product Distribution (SAVSERVICE STOLITSA).

2007. British investment fund Raven Russia Ltd. was attracted to strategic
cooperation. The fund got 50% stock of Logistic Center Kalinovka. The purpose of joint enterprise is construction of modern logistic complex "A" class. The total area of the complex is 100 000 square meters.

From June of 2007. for January, 2008 there is a process of integration of products «Gala Marketing» in the distribution network of «Procter&Gamble». «SAVSERVICE» begins to present at the market of Ukraine the trade marks of GALA, DAX, ONLY YOU.

May, 2008. A logistic company «Komora-S» passes the second supervisory audit on accordance of the international standards ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999 and in next times demonstrates the high level of accordance of the given services with international norms.

July, 2008. On annual Symposium of distributors of «Procter&Gamble» in Eastern Europe on results 2007-2008 fiscal year, «SAVSERVIS» third time acknowledged the best distributor and brings home next Cup of winner «Distributor of year».
